Licenses, Notices and Disclaimers

I. Overview

This document contains the licenses, notices, disclaimers and additional terms that govern your use of the open source software used in the Camilyo platform (“Open Source Software Terms”). The terms of the licenses set forth in this document are the substantial (I changed from sole – don’t think we should be so strong on this) terms governing your use of the open source software to which such licenses relate. The licenses of Microsoft software and code are subject to, amongst other terms, the following:

a.
DISTRIBUTABLE CODE. In addition to the .js files described above, the software is comprised of Distributable Code. “Distributable Code” is code that you are permitted to distribute in programs you develop if you comply with the terms below.

i. Right to Use and Distribute.
